Waiver of Liability

ALL new students will be required to sign a QC Studio Z waiver before attending class. You may either click here to print out/complete the form at home and bring it with you to class OR you can pick one up at our front desk and fill it out there*.

*If you choose to sign the waiver right before class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure enough time to read through, complete it properly and get checked in.

FREE TRIAL CLASS for all students who are brand new to QCSZ Zumba® classes! Enjoy your 1st class on us as our way of saying 'thank you' for coming out to give us a try! *NOTE: These free trial classes do not apply to special events.

STANDARD CLASS FEES

DROP-INS= $5

5-Class Punch Cards=$20

10-Class Punch Cards=$40

All punch cards expire 3 months after purchase date.
